Discover the SDGs through mapping and play
The CartODD project team led by CartONG met in Chambéry – France – for 3 days of intensive work. Staff and volunteers worked on the design of a brand new game to discover how to design maps while learning about the Sustainable Development Goals. A playful approach to talk about the importance of data and contribute to a more sustainable and fairer world. A beta version of the game will be tested in the coming weeks.
La jeunesse au micro
This year MATM is emplementing “La jeunesse au micro” as one of granted projects from the second call for proposals in Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles. “La jeuness au micro” is a series of podcasts created by young people from different backgrounds, here and abroad, to share their experiences, doubts and perspectives on two closely related contemporary issues: the climate crisis and international migration.
Take a BoatPET ride and clean up your city!
The Junior Chamber International Craiova – JCI Craiova Association, in partnership with the HEROES Association, the Department of Physics – Faculty of Sciences of the University of Craiova, ADI Ecodolj, the Spiru Haret University College and SC Salubritate Craiova SRL joined forces to organise the BoatPET, a race with rafts made of PET bottles in which young volunteers from different high schools in Craiova will participate.
Belleville-en-Beaujolais at the rhythm of the SDGs
The municipality of Belleville-en-Beaujolais, the first winning local authority in Mindchangers, has been running the “Green Team” project with many partners since November. The activities are part of the “Bioclimatic and positive city 2035” project and focusing on SDG 11. The work with young people led to a beautiful festival program, that will run until July. If you take a tour in this pretty corner of Beaujolais, do not hesitate to stop there!

Young Ambassadors: influencers for climate change actions
Active Yourope Association continued their awareness-raising activities and organized a second workshop on the topic of “Young Ambassadors: influencers of climate change actions” as part of their G.A.I.A. Green Action Involvement Awareness project. The workshop targeted this time young participants from “Horia Vintilă” Technological High school in the neighbouring town of Segarcea in Dolj County.

The Mindchangers Meme Contest invites creative minds all across the European Union to create memes that entertain, inspire, and challenge conventional thinking. The prize? A trip for two people to Stuttgart to participate in the Mindchangers International Youth Meeting! Let’s transform the world, one meme at a time.
Lafi Bala here we are!
RESACOOP will be at the Festival Lafi Bala in Savoie on June 17 and 18 as part of the Mindchangers project. Chambéry Solidarités Internationales and the City of Chambéry will welcome us, with three Mindchangers grantees, in the space dedicated to their project “La Fabrique du vivre ensemble”. On the programme: games of education for citizenship and international solidarity, listening booth and photo booth.
