Meet the Mindchangers Generation!

Follow us at the Mindchangers International Youth Meeting in Turin!

Young Mindchangers from all the six European partner regions are looking forward to meeting in person. The date for the Mindchangers Generation event is set for October, from the 4th to the 6th, in Turin, Italy, in the amazing frame of the historical city center.

The partners of the European project Mindchangers-Regions and Youth for Planet and People, funded by the DEAR Programme, are called to contribute in facilitating youth engagement in the Local Authorities and Civil Society Organizations’ activities on the topics of migrations and climate change, to ensure a safer, fairer and sustainable future for all.

To do so, the project focuses on two of the five Ps of the 2030 Agenda: Planet and People. These topics will be the fil-rouge of the three-days event, that will engage more than 150 people, who will be involved in the activities designed to take part in elaborating outputs and results of the activity sessions that will be shared in Mindchangers’ channels of communications.

Youth are the protagonist, as they play a key role in facing the issues related to the topics of migrations and climate change locally as well as at an international level in an inclusive and proactive way. They contribute to enhancing the understanding of the community. The activities of Mindchangers Generation will be organized in three main sessions, each focused on the key word of Mindchangers project: KNOW, ACT, CHANGE, the three steps towards becoming Mindchangers. The session CHANGE, open to the public, will also be available online in different languages.

After the hard work, there will be moments of relax, such as the happy hours and DJ set for networking and fun. In line with Mindchangers’ values, though, all the activities of the event will be as sustainable as possible: plastic-free, including reusable materials, low amount of paper, promotion of recycling, and consumption of local and seasonal food.
